Responsibilities

As our business grows, we are hiring a results-oriented Consultant Resource Management Associate to join our values-driven company. Reporting to the Operations Leader, the ideal candidate will have resource management experience in a management consulting company, will be highly organized, curious, and will possess excellent communication skills. This is a 95%+ remote position with rich benefits.

 

Here’s a sample of the kind of work you might do: 

 

  • Staffing
    • Serve as gatekeeper for staffing, collaborating with internal teams to ensure optimal deployment of resources for client consulting projects
    • Elicit and capture detailed requirements for opportunities and roles (skills, experience, rate, dates, etc.) from Client Executives
    • Evaluate resource capacity and identify resource options that best fit the work, team, client culture, etc. Conduct searches as needed using various Freed systems
    • Collaborate with Recruiting on postings for specific roles and/or broader anticipated needs
    • Analyze resource demand based on opportunity pipeline, monitor or review capacity reports, identify gaps, develop recommendations to close resource and skill gaps, assist Recruiting with prioritization
    • Develop, optimize, and communicate staffing processes/workflows and ensure adherence to these protocols
  • Resource Management
    • Collect, document, and communicate key information about resources to ensure optimal project assignments and alignment
    • Maintain relationships with Freed consultants and vetted external resources
    • Serve as primary contact for B2B resource partners
    • Maintain resources and resource assignments in Salesforce
    • Ensure resources have accurate updated Freed resumes that adhere to resume template standard
  • Operations
    • Support Freed Operations by leading efforts to document and strengthen internal controls and processes, as well as improve data quality
    • Assist with data analysis, ad hoc reporting, and special projects
    • Administer Biannual Client Satisfaction Survey and support compiling survey results

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6-8+ years’ experience in professional services staffing and/or resource management
  • Ideal candidate has healthcare experience
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and communication skills; ability to influence and conduct constructive conversations when opinions differ
  • Strong intellect, thinks outside the box and individual comfort zone; ability to think through, recognize and acknowledge multiple perspectives and points of view, flexes to other perspectives and learning styles
  • Strong oral presentation, listening, and influencing skills
  • Versatile problem solver and collaborator
  • Ability to understand and strengthen company culture, and exhibit core values
  • Ability to work well with all levels of Freed leadership and staff, as well as external resources and partners
  • Ability to step in and support other functions in Operations as needed
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Salary range: $82,100-$124,000/yr
