We are hiring a Sr. Director/VP in California who has experience in business development and account management for a healthcare consulting firm. We are looking for a versatile leader who can cultivate trusted relationships with health system and health plan executives, identify and close new opportunities, and serve as a strategic advisor to ensure client success. The ideal candidate will have experience selling consulting services, communicating effectively with senior leadership, delivering solutions that create measurable value, and demonstrating a high degree of integrity.

Compensation is commensurate with a candidate's sales experience and performance developing new clients. Based on On-Target-Expectation results, qualified candidate compensation is expected to range from $300K to $500K+ (50% base salary plus sales incentive program).
